The Weight of
Many Crowns
B
eing a woman is to embody an unstoppable force—
grace wrapped in resilience, strength adorned with
poise. We are the silent architects of possibility,
the steady pulse of every home and workplace, the
dreamers who build, nurture, and conquer—all in
one breath. We balance a thousand roles, moving seamlessly
from boardrooms to daily responsibilities, from professional
ambitions to personal commitments. Our lives are an intricate
dance between ambition and duty, between chasing dreams and
holding the world together.
Every day, we step into spaces where expectations weigh
heavier on our shoulders, where the world whispers that we
must choose—career or warmth, success or sacrifice, ambition
or belonging. But we do not choose. We master it all. We lead
with confidence, command our spaces, and still make time to
be the anchors in our relationships, the unseen yet unwavering
pillars that hold it all in place.
For me, the journey is even more layered. Living away from
family means there is no built-in support system, no reassuring
presence at the end of a long day, no shared burden of
responsibilities. Every decision, every triumph, every setback—I
carry alone. The solitude is both empowering and
heavy, an unspoken responsibility that only those who
walk this path truly understand. There is no room
for hesitation, no moment to falter. Every challenge
demands resilience, every step forward is entirely my
own. Yet, in this space of independence, I have found
an unshakable strength—one that comes from knowing
that I can, and I will, keep moving forward.
That’s why covering women in construction holds a
special place in my heart. In an industry historically
dominated by men, these women are not just building
structures; they are breaking barriers and rewriting
narratives. Every feature I write about them is a tribute
to their grit and passion. They stand at the helm of
projects, shaping skylines and making decisions that
impact entire communities. Their stories reaffirm the
boundless possibilities that come with determination.
Additionally, what inspires me most is the women
around me—those who juggle endless hats with
effortless grace. The ones who carve their own legacies while
lifting others along the way. The ones who break barriers,
redefine expectations, and prove that we are limitless. I see
them in the unwavering determination in their eyes, in the
quiet sacrifices they make, in the way they continue to show up
despite the weight they carry.
We are more than just women—we are forces of nature,
carving paths where none existed, turning obstacles into
stepping stones. And no matter how high the stakes or how
heavy the crown, we rise. With fire in our spirits, purpose in
our hearts, and the weight of the world balanced elegantly
on our shoulders, we move forward—not just surviving, but
thriving. Boldly. Beautifully. Unapologetically.

How do you view the growth of electrification in the Middle
East’s construction and MEP sectors, and what unique
opportunities does this region offer?
The Middle East represents a significant growth market for
electrification, particularly with the region’s rapid urbanisation
and focus on sustainable development. ABB has had a
presence in the Middle East since 1926 and, most notably, has
been a stable partner in the UAE since 1976, where we have
helped to transform the region’s energy landscape through
digitalisation initiatives and clean energy integration. As the
region seeks to diversify its energy mix away from gas and oil,
we can expect to see a greater emphasis on renewables in the
coming years. In particular, Saudi Arabia has set one of the
most ambitious targets in
the region as it aims for
50% renewable energy by
the end of this decade.
At ABB, we have seen
a concerted shift in
how energy needs are
factored into ambitious
infrastructure projects,
from iconic buildings
like the Burj Khalifa to
sustainable smart city
initiatives like those in
Masdar City and Dubai.
Our expertise in critical
infrastructure extends
across the region, from
providing comprehensive
electrification solutions
for the Al Taweelah
Desalination Plant in the
UAE – one of the world’s
largest reverse osmosis
facilities – to powering
Egypt’s Bahr El Baqar
water treatment plant.
These facilities rely on
ABB’s integrated electrical
infrastructure and digital
solutions to maintain
continuous operations,
enabling predictive
maintenance and real-
time optimisation while
supporting sustainable
water provision across their
regions.
How is ABB supporting
the construction industry

predictability. The impact on maintenance and operations
is significant – our goal is to help our customers reduce
maintenance costs by up to 85% and keep facilities running
with up to 90% less downtime.
What roles do smart technologies and digital solutions play
in advancing electrification within the MEP sector, and how
are they transforming building operations?
Smart technologies and digital solutions are changing how we
think about building operations and maintenance in the MEP
space. We are seeing a massive shift from reactive to predictive
maintenance, where real-time monitoring and data analytics
are crucial to optimising system performance and energy
efficiency. The future of electrical infrastructure lies in creating
intelligent, responsive systems that can predict and prevent
issues before they disrupt operations.
Second, cloud-based solutions and remote diagnostics are
also transforming traditional maintenance models, making
it possible for service providers to monitor and optimise
electrical systems from anywhere in the world. This shift isn’t
just about technology—it’s about fundamentally rethinking
how we manage and maintain our built environment to be
more efficient and
sustainable.
Which areas in
construction and MEP,
such as infrastructure
projects or building
management systems,
are leading in adopting
electrification
solutions in the Middle
East?
Smart cities are at
the forefront of urban
development in the
Middle East. The World
Bank estimates that
70% of the global
population will live in
cities by 2050, making
the need for intelligent
urban infrastructure
more pressing than ever.
In our region, several key
sectors are leading this
transformation.
Data centres remain
a significant growth
area where reliable
power and precise
energy management
are mission-critical.
Large-scale transport
infrastructure projects
like the Dubai Metro highlight ways integrated electrification
solutions can enhance urban mobility. The commercial
building sector is also advancing rapidly, with projects like
the Four Seasons Hotel Doha highlighting how smart energy
systems can enable efficiency and predictive maintenance
capabilities. In other markets globally, we see how businesses
pair this ‘as-a-service’ business model to mitigate the upfront
costs often associated with implementing renewable energy
sources. It remains to be seen whether we are likely to see
similar dynamics emerge in the Middle East, but it speaks to
the structural roadblocks faced by businesses looking to green
their energy sources.
However, what’s particularly interesting is the broader trend
toward comprehensive smart city developments. These
projects aim to leverage digital technologies to transform
urban living and governance through artificial intelligence,
data, and the Internet of Things. While they offer significant
potential for improving sustainability and service delivery, they
also bring important considerations around implementation
and governance. The key will be ensuring these technologies
enhance quality of life while supporting sustainable urban
development.

here face the same
challenges as their global
counterparts, especially
concerning cost concerns.
At the same time, we are
beginning to see demand
for retrofitting and
modernisation programs
across the region, especially
for electrical systems dating
back more than 50 years.
These systems require
careful modernisation. We
use a phased approach
that allows customers to
maintain operations and
maximise their existing
capital expenditure while
minimising disruption
through scheduled
installations and planned
maintenance.
How are regional
government regulations and
sustainability initiatives influencing
the adoption of electrification in
the construction and MEP sectors?

sophisticated lifestyle. As someone
who deeply appreciates the allure of
the water, I find this aspect of Mina
to hold special significance for me,”
highlights Sameh.
The Mina Yacht Club is set to become
a premier destination for yachting
enthusiasts. Equipped with state-of-
the-art facilities catering to luxury
motor yachts and sailboats, the club
is designed to offer a world-class
yachting experience. It leverages the
UAE’s exceptional sailing conditions
while also introducing a variety of
water sports and sailing schools,
making maritime adventures accessible

Seamlessly linking the Yacht Club
and the Wharf, Mina Boulevard will
emerge as a dynamic lifestyle hub. This
waterfront promenade will feature an
array of upscale restaurants and cafés,
each offering a distinctive culinary
experience with breathtaking views. In
addition, a curated selection of high-
end boutiques will line the boulevard,
showcasing exclusive collections and
locally inspired treasures, creating
a sophisticated and immersive

alike.
He continues, “We believe that the
Mina Yacht Club and Wharf will be
instrumental in creating a strong sense
of community on Raha Island. They will
provide a place to connect, unwind, and
celebrate their shared passion for the
waterfront lifestyle.” This is how they
are redefining island living in Ras Al
Khaimah by creating a destination that
seamlessly blends luxury, leisure, and a
deep appreciation for the sea.

and minimising vehicle traffic, Mina
fosters an atmosphere of tranquillity,
safety, and seamless interaction.
“By placing people, not cars, at the
heart of the community, we are

shares. Picture yourself strolling along

More than just an address, Mina is a

haven offers a refreshing alternative
for discerning investors and residents
seeking a tranquil and world-class

Accessibility is set to redefine
convenience with upcoming air taxis,
ferries, and hydrofoils, ensuring
seamless travel within the UAE and

expanding network of direct
international flights enhances Mina’s
status as a global investment hotspot.
“For investors who prioritise
sustainability, Mina is the perfect

Additionally, with the RAK government
increasing its stake in RAK Properties

underscores a firm vote of confidence
in Mina’s vision, growth, and long-term

Architecting Natural Elegance
At RAK Properties, architectural
ambition is not about dominating the
landscape but embracing it. “Our goal
is to ensure that every development
harmonises with Ras Al Khaimah’s
breathtaking natural beauty rather than
overshadowing it,” comments Sameh.

This philosophy drives a thoughtful,
eco-conscious approach to design,
where factors like scale, orientation,
and green integration are carefully
considered. Instead of just building
structures, RAK Properties crafts
environments—spaces that elevate the
landscape rather than disrupt it.
A prime example is Mina, where the
preservation of mangrove habitats
has been seamlessly woven into the
master plan. This commitment not
only safeguards a vital ecosystem
but also creates a distinctive, serene
environment for residents to enjoy—
one where nature and architecture
coexist in perfect harmony.
The ultimate vision is to blend
ambition with responsibility, crafting
skylines that are as sustainable as they
are stunning. By prioritising innovation
and environmental stewardship, Sameh
and his team are shaping a future
where Ras Al Khaimah’s identity is
reflected not just in its architecture but
also in its deep-rooted connection to
nature.
Shaping Tomorrow’s Aspirations
Ras Al Khaimah is undergoing a
transformative era of growth, with
the government making significant
investments in infrastructure to drive
economic expansion. In alignment with
this vision, RAK Properties
works with government
initiatives, ensuring its
developments seamlessly
integrate with the emirate’s
evolving landscape.
“This collaborative approach
allows us to build from the
ground up, crafting projects
that not only enhance the
skyline but also contribute
meaningfully to the long-
term prosperity of Ras Al
Khaimah,” explains Sameh.
RAK Properties has been on
a journey of transformation,
guided by a commitment
to creating lasting value for
shareholders, customers,
and the communities it serves. With
strong market performance and a focus
on operational excellence, the company
continues to see growing demand for
its developments—a testament to its
ability to deliver exceptional returns
while shaping the future of RAK’s real
estate landscape.
Innovating RAK’s Future
Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly carving its
identity as a vibrant and dynamic real
estate market, offering a compelling
alternative to other regional investment
hubs. RAK Properties is at the forefront
of this transformation, witnessing a
surge in demand from buyers seeking
value, a balanced lifestyle, and access
to a flourishing economy.
With the emirate’s GDP projected
to grow by 80% by 2030 and
hospitality playing a major role,
RAK’s investment potential has never
been more substantial. The region’s
forward-thinking, sustainability-
driven government continues to
lay the groundwork for exceptional
opportunities, making it a golden era
for real estate investment.
“At RAK Properties, we have a proven
track record of delivering ahead of
schedule,” shares Sameh. Meticulous
planning, strong project management,
and a commitment to excellence have
led to the successful execution of
landmark projects such as Marbella
Villas and Gateway Residences,
completed ahead of time and currently
boasting 100% occupancy. With
construction progressing smoothly
across their latest developments, RAK
Properties remains dedicated to setting
new industry benchmarks.
Beyond just building, RAK Properties
has cultivated a thriving ecosystem,
partnering with local suppliers
and service providers to ensure an
unparalleled customer experience.
From sourcing bespoke materials to
offering tailored furniture packages
and premium facility management,
the company has created a network
that caters to every need. Simply put,
no one understands Ras Al Khaimah
better.
Looking ahead, the company is poised
for even greater expansion. “We have
a robust pipeline of projects set to
launch over the next two to three
years, with our 2025 pipeline alone
representing a record AED 5 billion in
gross development value,” concludes
Sameh. With conservative estimates
indicating a shortage of 40,000
housing units in Ras Al Khaimah, these
upcoming projects will be crucial in
addressing demand and reinforcing
RAK Properties’ position as the driving
force behind the emirate’s real estate
evolution.
Leading this transformation, RAK Properties is experiencing a rising demand
from buyers drawn to its promise of value, a harmonious lifestyle, and prime
access to a thriving economy

T
he construction industry has long
been seen as a man’s world—a
domain of towering cranes, steel
frameworks, and rugged job sites.
Yet, in the midst of this traditionally
male-dominated sector, a quiet
revolution is taking place. As a
female editor covering this industry, I feel both
proud and privileged to be writing this feature,
highlighting the incredible women reshaping
construction. Their presence is no longer an
exception but a powerful testament to resilience,
skill, and the unwavering pursuit of progress.
For far too long, the notion of hard hats and
high heels in the same sentence seemed like a
contradiction. Today, it is a bold statement of
empowerment. Women in construction are proving
that strength is not measured by muscle alone
but by intellect, strategy, and the ability to shape
skylines with vision and determination. They
are architects of transformation—bringing fresh
perspectives to design, sustainability, and urban
planning.
Despite challenges such as gender biases and
the underrepresentation of women in leadership
roles, the tide is turning. More companies are
actively fostering diversity, recognizing that a
workforce enriched by different experiences and
perspectives is a workforce poised for innovation.
Female engineers, project managers, and skilled
laborers are not just filling gaps; they are setting
new standards for excellence, efficiency, and
creativity.
One of the most inspiring aspects of women
in construction is their ability to build more
than just structures—they build legacies.
Their contributions go beyond blueprints and
calculations; they pave the way for future
generations of young women who aspire to
break barriers. Every woman who steps onto a
construction site today becomes a role model,
a beacon of possibility for those who dream
of wielding power tools or leading massive
infrastructure projects.
There is an undeniable beauty in watching a once-
exclusive industry embrace inclusivity. Women
bring a unique approach to problem-solving,
an eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit that
enriches every phase of construction. They are
not just rewriting the rules; they are constructing
a new era—one where talent has no gender,
ambition has no limits, and success is built on
merit, not stereotypes.
The foundation has been laid. The framework
is rising. And at the heart of it all, women are
building more than just cities—they are building
history.

Maysoun Dissi
State of the Art Leadership: A Visionary’s Impact on the
Construction Industry
As Maysoun reflects on her journey in the construction
industry, the path hasn’t always been easy, but it has
been one of growth, resilience, and, most importantly,
transformation. Entering a traditionally male-dominated
field, she set out with the goal of excelling and breaking
barriers through impactful projects, advocating for gender
equality, or championing sustainability and innovation. The
road hasn’t always been straightforward, but the challenges
have only fueled her drive to make a difference and pave the
way for others to follow.
Breaking Barriers: Significant Career Milestones &
Impactful Projects
Maysoun’s journey in the construction field has been both
dynamic and evolving. She began her career as an eager,
newly graduated engineer, initially enhancing her skills in
design. However, she quickly realized that her true passion lay
in the industry’s business side. This led her to transition into
Project Management, where she earned her PMP certification
from the Project Management Institute. A few years later, she
further expanded her expertise by obtaining a Master’s in
Business Administration from Leicester University in the UK.
Beyond Project Management, Business Development has
played a key role in her career within the construction
industry. She outlines and executes strategies to penetrate
new markets across the GCC and MENA regions, securing new
clients, projects, and business opportunities. While acquiring
projects has its challenges, the true test lies in maintaining
clients’ trust, meeting their expectations, and consistently
delivering projects on time and within budget. In addition,
she leads a team of engineers and architects, guiding
them towards success through collaboration and effective
execution. Maysoun is proud to have been part of key
developments in Jordan and the region, such as the Turtle
Bay Hotel in the Red Sea Development KSA, the Crowne
Plaza Hotel Muscat Oman, which is LEED certified, Ayla
Development in Aqaba Jordan, Abu Dhabi Plaza in Astana
Kazakhstan and many other key developments throughout
the region.
Leadership and Support for Gender Equality
One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been the
opportunity to lead and mentor others, particularly women
aspiring to enter the construction industry.

she used to overcome challenges is cultivating a strong
professional network. Surrounding herself with supportive
colleagues and mentors has been invaluable. Equally
important has been learning how to advocate for herself and
her ideas, ensuring her voice is heard in decision-making
processes.
Her advice for women entering the field is straightforward:
“Be persistent, find mentors who will support you, and
remain focused on your long-term goals. The challenges
are real, but so are the rewards.”
A Vision for the Future of the Industry
Looking ahead, she is optimistic about the direction
the construction industry is heading. Technology and
sustainability will continue to be the cornerstones of
innovation, and she believes they will see greater integration
of these elements into every stage of the construction
process. The future of construction will be one where digital
tools, artificial intelligence, and sustainable practices are
seamlessly incorporated into every project.
On a personal level, she remains committed to driving
diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She wants to
continue creating opportunities for women to lead projects,
influence decision-making, and reshape the industry to reflect
a broader range of experiences and perspectives. Additionally,
she is focused on pushing the boundaries of sustainable
construction practices to ensure that the industry not only
meets today’s demands but builds a legacy that future
generations can be proud of.
In conclusion, the construction industry is at an exciting
crossroads. With continued innovation, a focus on
sustainability, and a commitment to diversity, one can shape
a better, more inclusive future. Maysoun is proud to be part of
this transformation and is excited to see how the industry will
evolve in the years to come.
Through initiatives like sponsoring students from
universities and training fresh graduates in programs,
she always made it a point to ensure that women in
those programs had the tools, resources, and networks
they needed to succeed in a male-dominated field.
Embracing Sustainability and Technological
Innovation
With growing pressure to reduce environmental impact,
the construction industry must evolve. Throughout
her career, she has prioritized integrating sustainable
practices into every project, from utilizing green building
materials to implementing energy-efficient designs.
Sustainability is no longer a luxury but a fundamental
necessity in modern construction.
However, sustainability is only part of the equation.
Innovation, mainly through adopting new technologies,
transforms the way one builds. She has the privilege of
leading initiatives incorporating automation, artificial
intelligence, and modular construction techniques
into their work. She believes the
industry’s future lies in its ability to
harness these technologies to build
smarter and more sustainable cities.
Navigating Challenges: Insights and
Strategies
As a woman in construction,
Maysoun faced challenges
from industry biases and the
complexities of balancing personal
and professional demands. There
have been moments where she
has to prove herself more than her
counterparts, but rather than viewing
these moments as setbacks, she has
embraced them as opportunities
for growth. One of the key strategies

How UAE Contractors Are Budgeting
in an Unpredictable Market
In the ever-shifting UAE market, the
real game lies not with the biggest,
tallest buildings but in the delicate
dance of dirhams that makes them
possible. In a region where the
construction industry is projected to
grow at a compound annual growth
rate (CAGR) of 5.4% between 2024
and 2028, reaching AED 234.37
billion by 2028, one might assume
that contractors have mastered the
budgeting game. Yet the reality is
budgeting is not just about crunching
numbers—it’s about staying agile in
a sector where costs, regulations, and
project timelines can shift overnight.
With major infrastructure and real
estate projects underway across the
region, contractors are under immense
pressure to keep costs in check while
ensuring profitability.
Managing Cash Flow in a Delayed
Payment Cycle
The rhythm of construction is dictated
by cash flow, but in the UAE, delayed
payments are a persistent challenge,
with some contractors waiting 90
days or more for invoices to clear. This
creates a liquidity crunch, impacting
everything from supplier relationships
to worker wages. To maintain a
steady beat, contractors are adopting
innovative strategies. Some are shifting
to milestone-based payments,instead
of lump sums to improve cash flow
ensuring a regular influx of funds.
Others are leveraging invoice factoring,
selling unpaid invoices to financial
institutions to access funds sooner.
Abu Dhabi’s government mandated
that contractors be paid within 30
days, easing liquidity constraints on
ongoing projects.
The Oasis of Asset Management
To navigate this unpredictable terrain,
contractors are turning to robust asset
management strategies. Effective asset
management is crucial in enhancing
efficiency and reducing costs in the
UAE’s dynamic construction sector.
A well-planned budget not only controls costs but also
ensures efficiency, sustainability, and project resilience
against unforeseen challenges

BUDGETING BEYOND THE BALANCE SHEET
By meticulously tracking equipment,
machinery, and tools, companies
can prevent asset misplacement—a
common issue that leads to project
delays and increased costs. This
approach ensures that resources are
utilized optimally, turning potential
financial pitfalls into manageable
challenges.
The Rising Cost of Materials and How
Firms Are Adapting
Construction material costs continue to
fluctuate, driven by global supply chain
disruptions and inflation. Steel prices,
for example, surged by 35% in 2023,
impacting high-rise and infrastructure
projects, forcing contractors to rethink
their steps. To navigate these cost
fluctuations, contractors are locking in
fixed-price contracts with suppliers to
avoid cost spikes. Many firms are also
exploring alternative materials, such as
engineered wood in residential projects
instead of steel and concrete provides
flexibility. For larger projects, bulk-
buying essential materials in advance
has become a common practice to
mitigate unforeseen price increases.
Labor Costs
and Workforce
Efficiency
Labor remains
one of the
highest
expenses in
construction,
making up 30-
50% of total
project costs.
As the UAE
champions
labor reforms
and improved
working
conditions,
contractors
must find ways
to enhance
productivity
without
compromising
fair
compensation.
To optimize
workforce efficiency, companies are
investing in training programs to
enhance worker productivity. Modular
construction methods are becoming
more widespread, reducing the need
for extensive on-site labor while
maintaining quality. Additionally,
digital workforce management
tools offer real-time insights into
productivity, ensuring that labor costs
align with project progress.
Technology as a Budgeting Tool
Contractors are increasingly relying
on digital solutions to reduce cost
overruns. From AI-driven project
management software to real-time
data tracking, firms are finding ways
to optimize their budgets. UAE-based
startup WakeCap provides smart
helmet technology that tracks worker
productivity and safety, preventing
downtime and reducing inefficiencies.
Another promising UAE-based
contech startup, Opteam, has secured
pre-seed funding to enhance its
AI-driven solutions to optimize
project management and budgeting
processes, helping contractors make
real-time, data-backed decisions to
improve efficiency and cost control.
These innovations are allowing firms
to make data-driven decisions and
keep projects on schedule and within
budget.
Sustainable Construction and Long-
Term Savings
Sustainability is no longer just an
environmental concern—it’s a financial
one. Many projects now require
energy-efficient designs and materials
that can lower long-term costs. Some
contractors are using solar-powered
site offices to cut energy bills, while
others are incorporating prefabricated
materials that reduce waste and
construction time. Retrofitting
buildings instead of opting for full
demolitions is another strategy that
is gaining traction, as it significantly
reduces material and labor costs
while meeting sustainability goals. By
incorporating sustainable practices,
contractors can reduce long-term
operational costs and enhance their
reputation as responsible builders.
The Future of Budgeting: Smarter,
Leaner, and More Adaptive
As the UAE construction sector grows,
budgeting isn’t merely a financial
exercise; it’s a strategic imperative that
requires adaptability, foresight, and
a touch of entrepreneurial spirit. An
increase in emerging startups proves
that innovation in construction can
reshape budgeting and efficiency for
firms of all sizes.
Contractors who embrace cost
forecasting tools, strategic supplier
agreements, and tech-driven efficiency
solutions will be best positioned to
navigate the challenges ahead.
The companies that stay financially
agile—by managing cash flow,
controlling material costs, optimizing
labor, and adopting technology—will

TALKING POINT
Designed for the Middle East,
UltraFlow tackles extreme heat,
sand buildup, and strict construction
demands, delivering a zero-leak
solution essential for water-scarce
regions like the UAE
Current
Progress
I
nfrastructure projects in the
UAE and the broader Middle
East face unique environmental
challenges, including

traditional Islamic architecture—geometric patterns, arches,
and mashrabiya screens—are evident. The Al Fahidi Historical
District, with its wind towers and narrow lanes, preserves
Dubai’s architectural heritage.
Expo 2020 showcased this fusion, with Al Wasl Plaza’s dome,
inspired by Arab storytelling,
becoming a centerpiece of
the event. The Dubai Opera,
resembling a dhow sail,
reimagines cultural spaces.
Each structure narrates Dubai’s
journey—honouring its past while
embracing innovation.
This flawless fusion of tradition
and innovation positions Dubai as
a global beacon of architectural
evolution, where the past and
future intertwine seamlessly.
Luxury Redefined
Dubai’s opulence shapes global luxury trends, redefining
extravagance as immersive experiences. From underwater

marketing, and how do you plan to address them?
One of the biggest challenges today is creating
content that resonates with clients in a crowded,
fast-paced market. Coupled with this is the rise of AI,
which presents both opportunities and challenges.
While AI will undoubtedly offer new possibilities
rapidly, it also risks diluting the human touch - the
creativity, depth, and firsthand experience that sets
great marketing apart.
To address these challenges, I focus on storytelling
that adds real value. Our content is designed to be
meaningful and relevant, often speaking directly to
clients’ pain points.
It’s about getting the balance right—being that
trusted advisor while also driving efforts to help win
work.
Looking ahead, what are your goals and
aspirations for the future of the company’s
marketing?
I aspire to deliver impactful, client-centric insights
and publications on our people, projects, and
performance. I’m excited to play a key role in driving
growth through campaigns that showcase our
expertise, articulate our strengths, and reinforce our
reputation, enabling us to succeed in a competitive
and evolving marketplace.
