This website is operated by BNC Publishing, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. BNC Media Group is the group brand used on it.
Design features
The website includes a skip link, semantic headings, labelled form fields, keyboard-accessible navigation and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Motion and display
Scroll reveals and parallax respect the reduced-motion preference. Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and text remains available without relying on colour alone.
Forms and navigation
Required fields are identified, native input validation is used and each form explains whether information is transmitted. The page index and search offer additional routes to content.
Scope of review
No formal accessibility certification is claimed. Third-party publication websites, PDFs, maps and report forms are controlled by their respective providers.
