The agent console
The agent works. A person decides.
How an agent could work through the four moves of a brief, step by step. It stops where a person has to say yes.
- StrategyQueuedWe start with the decision in front of you and what it needs to achieve.
- CreativeQueuedWe give it a form people notice, understand and remember.
- PerformanceQueuedWe put it in front of the right people and measure what happens.
- AIQueuedWe use agents and automation so the work keeps improving after launch.

The workflow in full, an illustration
- Strategy, brief: Brief received. Name the decision in front of you and what it needs to achieve.
- Strategy, research: Research agent reads your own data and sources, then drafts the insight.
- Strategy, plan: Plan written: tasks, owners and the points where a person reviews.
- Creative, draft: Content agent drafts the formats: a form people notice, understand and remember.
- Creative, check: Agent checks its own work against the brief and the brand rules.
- Creative, review: Paused. A person reviews the work before anything goes out.
- Performance, launch: Approved. Put it in front of the right people.
- Performance, measure: Measure what happens, channel by channel.
- AI, learn: Feed the results back so the work keeps improving after launch.
- AI, report: Report to the team. The next change waits for the next approval.
Agents are software that plans, acts and checks its own work. We design agents for research, content, reporting and operations, and we build in the review steps that keep a person in charge of every result.

Questions
A few good questions.
What do you need to get started?
A short description of your business, the audience you want to reach, your objective and any fixed launch date. Existing assets and an indicative budget help us recommend an appropriate scope.
How are scope and pricing agreed?
A proposal sets out the deliverables, dependencies, review stages, fees and any third-party costs. Production, media inventory and specialist requirements are confirmed before work begins.
Can this connect with other BNC services?
Yes. A brief can combine services, for example Brands with Systems, or SEO + GEO with Performance Media.
How will success be measured?
Agree measures that match the objective and the available data. Delivery, engagement, attendance or conversion measures should be defined before launch; outcomes are not guaranteed.
Strategy. Creative. Performance. AI.
